This notice explains how Telosia Robotics ("we", "us") handles personal data you provide when you join the PIX-E waitlist at telosia-robotics.com. We are the data controller for this information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your country or region (optional)

We also collect basic, aggregated visit data through Vercel Web Analytics (page views, referrer, country, browser). Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to:

  • Contact you with updates about PIX-E and Telosia Robotics
  • Notify you when PIX-E becomes available for early access
  • Understand which regions are most interested in PIX-E

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How long we keep it

We retain your waitlist information until PIX-E launches or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. We will delete waitlist data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
